微创拔牙后即刻种植技术在前牙修复中的应用价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创拔牙后即刻种植技术在前牙修复中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月在济南市章丘区口腔医院治疗的270例前牙修复患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,各135例。对照组采用微创拔牙后延期种植,观察组采用微创拔牙后即刻种植。比较两组的临床疗效、种植体稳定性、种植体周围探诊深度、美学评分及患者满意度。结果:两组临床总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。种植后3、6个月,观察组种植体稳定性高于对照组,种植体周围探诊深度均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。种植后6个月,观察组红色美学评分(PES)、白色美学评分(WES)均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创拔牙后即刻种植技术在前牙修复中具有显著优势,能够提高种植体稳定性,改善种植体周围软组织状况及美学效果,同时提高患者的满意度。Objective:To investigate the application value of immediate implantation technique after minimally invasive tooth extraction in anterior tooth restoration.Method:A total of 270 patients with anterior dental restoration treated in Jinan Zhangqiu District Stomatological Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 135 cases in each group.The control group received delayed implantation after minimally invasive tooth extraction,and the observation group received immediate implantation after minimally invasive tooth extraction.The clinical efficacy,implant stability,peri-implant probing depth,aesthetic score and patient satisfaction between the two groups were compared.Result:There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).At 3 and 6 months after implantation,the implant stability of observation group were higher than those of control group,and the peri-implant probing depth were lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6 months after implantation,the pink esthetic score(PES)score and white esthetic score(WES)in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Immediate implantation technique after minimally invasive tooth extraction has significant advantages in anterior tooth restoration,which can improve implant stability,improve the soft tissue condition around the implant and aesthetic effect,and improve satisfaction of patient.
