摘 要:课程思政的本质是立德树人,要将课程思政的理念与实践教育相结合,是新时代医学高等教育发展的必然要求。文章通过分析新时代医学高校教师课程思政实践教学能力的内涵与特征,认识高校教师课程思政实践教学能力的现状和必要性,从医学教育课程思政观、课程思政思维培养、课程思政教学素养和课程思政创新能力四个维度出发构建高校教师课程思政实践教学能力体系,提出涵盖“价值塑造—知识传授—能力培养”教学目标设计、“医学院校—教师—学生”三位一体教学体系构建、“融合—实践—再融合—再实践”教学过程实践、“持续优化—不断反思—自我进阶”教学评价机制的多维度新时代医学高校教师课程思政教学能力和素养提升路径,从不同角度促进高校教师课程思政实践工作的有效开展。The essence of ideological and political education in all courses is to cultivate moral character and educate people.Combining the concept of ideological and political teaching in all courses with practical education is an inevitable requirement for the development of medical higher education in the new era.The article analyzes the connotation and characteristics of the practical teaching competence of ideological and political teaching in all courses of university teachers in the context of the new medical discipline,recognizes the current situation and necessity of the practical teaching competence of ideological and political teaching in all courses of university teachers,and constructs a system of the practical teaching competence of ideological and political teaching in all courses for university teachers from four dimensions:the perspective of ideological and political education in medical education,the cultivation of ideological and political thinking,the teaching quality of ideological and political teaching,and the innovative ability of ideological and political teaching.It proposes a multi-dimensional path to improve the competence and literacy of university teachers in ideological and political teaching in the context of the new medical discipline,including the teaching objective design of value shaping—knowledge imparting—ability cultivation",the construction of a trinity teaching system of“medical colleges—teachers—students”,the teaching practice process of“integration—practice—re-integration—re-practice”,and the teaching evaluation mechanism of“continuous optimization—continuous reflection—self-improvement”,so as to promote the development of ideological and political work of university teachers from different perspectives.
