摘  要:为了研究齿轮的工作状态,齿轮啮合过程中的齿面受力,避免在传动系统受激而产生共振,本文通过SolidWorks建立齿轮传动模型,将其导入到ANSYS Workbench平台中进行有限元仿真,通过静力分析得到在啮合过程中产生最大应力的位置,并分析得到了此位置处的疲劳寿命,然后通过模态分析得到齿轮的固有频率,最后,对齿轮啮合进行瞬态结构分析,并且采用赫兹理论对齿面强度进行计算,验证了仿真的正确性。In order to study the working condition of gears and avoid resonance in the transmission system by excitation,this paper establishes a gear transmission model through SolidWorks,imports it into the ANSYS Workbench platform to carry out finite element simulation,obtains the position that generates the maximum stress during meshing through static analysis and analyzes and obtains the fatigue life at this position.Then,the intrinsic frequency of the gear is obtained by modal analysis,and fi-nally,the transient structural analysis of the gear meshing is carried out,and the Hertzian theory is used to calculate the strength of the tooth surface,which verifies the correctness of the simulation.
