摘 要:采用斜极结构的开关磁阻电机同时具有较好的减振效果和较优的综合性能,且这种结构并未过多地增加制造成本和工艺复杂度,也未出现影响电机的机械强度等问题,是一种比较理想的本体结构优化选择。同时,已有的研究也表明定、转子斜极的倾斜角度选择对减振效果具有至关重要的作用。本文将以六组不同倾斜角度的斜极式开关磁阻电机为研究对象,采用多物理场耦合仿真的方式对斜极结构电机的振动特性展开研究,为开关磁阻电机结构的进一步优化打下基础。The switched reluctance motor with inclined pole structure has better vibration damping effect and better overall performance at the same time,and this structure does not increase the manufacturing cost and process complexity too much,and does not affect the mechanical strength of the motor and other problems,which is a better choice for the optimisation of the ontology structure.At the same time,existing studies have also shown that the tilt angle of the stator and rotor inclined pole has a crucial role in the vibration damping effect.In this paper,we will take six sets of inclined-pole switched reluctance motors with different inclination angles as the research object,and use multiphysics field coupling simulation to investigate the vibration characteristics of the motor with inclined-pole structure,so as to lay a foundation for the further optimisation of the structure of switched reluctance motors.
