摘　　要：本文报道1例青年患者在半年内反复发作三次脑梗死及进行性颅内动脉狭窄、闭塞病例,通过对该患者病史进行综合分析,并复习相关文献,以总结其临床特征及可能的发病诱因等,以期提高该年龄段人群对脑梗死的关注与认识,促进早期预防与干预措施的实施。This paper reports a young patient with recurrent cerebral infarction,progressive intracranial artery stenosis and occlusion for three times in half a year.Through the comprehensive analysis of the patient's medical history and the review of relevant literature,the clinical characteristics and possible causes of the disease were summarized,so as to improve the attention and understanding of cerebral infarction in this age group,and promote the implementation of early prevention and intervention measures.
