摘　　要：高迁移率族蛋白B1(HMGB1)被认为在前列腺癌中起重要作用。HMGB1参与肿瘤进展过程中的细胞增殖、血管生成和转移。此外,HMGB1已被证明发挥细胞内和细胞外功能,激活关键的致癌信号通路。此外,它与癌症中的炎症、氧化应激和雄激素受体激活密切相关。本文重点介绍了HMGB1在前列腺癌发生发展中的作用,并强调了HMGB1作为前列腺癌治疗关键靶点的潜力。High mobility group protein B1(HMGB1)is believed to play an important role in prostate cancer.HMGB1 is involved in cell proliferation,angiogenesis and metastasis during tumor progression.In addition,HMGB1 has been shown to play both intracellular and extracellular functions,activating key carcinogenic signaling pathways.In addition,it is strongly associated with inflammation,oxidative stress,and androgen receptor activation in cancer.This article focuses on the role of HMGB1 in the development and progression of prostate cancer,and emphasizes the potential of HMGB1 as a key therapeutic target for prostate cancer.
