摘 要:目的:分析血清D-二聚体(D-D)、血小板计数(PLT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平与溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度的相关性。方法:回顾性分析2020—2022年洛阳市第三人民医院收治的100例溃疡性结肠炎患者的临床资料,设为研究组,选取同期100名健康体检者设为对照组,比较两组血清D-D、PLT、CRP水平,并根据改良梅奥(Mayo)评分评估患者病情严重程度,比较缓解期与活动期、不同活动期溃疡性结肠炎患者血清D-D、PLT、CRP水平,分析其与溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度的相关性。结果:研究组血清D-D、PLT、CRP水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);活动期患者血清D-D、PLT、CRP水平均高于缓解期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中、重度活动期患者血清D-D、PLT、CRP水平均高于轻度活动期患者,且重度活动期患者高于中度活动期患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析结果显示,血清D-D、PLT、CRP水平与溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度均呈正相关(r>0,P<0.05)。结论:血清D-D、PLT、CRP水平与溃疡性结肠炎患者病情严重程度均呈正相关。Objective:To analyze correlations among serum D-dimer(D-D),platelet count(PLT),C-reactive protein(CRP)levels and severity of ulcerative colitis.Methods:The clinical data of 100 patients with ulcerative colitis admitted to Luoyang third people’s hospital from 2020 to 2022 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were set as the study group.At the same time,100 healthy subjects were set as the control group.The levels of serum D-D,PLT and CRP were compared between the two groups.The severity of the patients’conditions was assessed according to the modified Mayo score.The levels of serum D-D,PLT and CRP among the patients with ulcerative colitis in remission stage,active stage and different active stages were compared,and their correlations with the severity of ulcerative colitis were analyzed.Results:The levels of serum D-D,PLT and CRP in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum D-D,PLT and CRP in the patients in active stage were higher than those in the patients with remission stage,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of serum D-D,PLT and CRP in the patients with severe and moderate activity were higher than those in the patients with mild activity,those in the patients with severe activity were higher than those in the patients with moderate activity,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the serum D-D,PLT and CRP levels were positively correlated with the severity of ulcerative colitis(r>0,P<0.05).Conclusions:The serum D-D,PLT and CRP levels are positively correlated with the severity of ulcerative colitis.
