摘　　要：基于对A市精神卫生中心神经性厌食症患者治疗过程的深度田野调查,本研究从内部角色关系和外部互动关系两方面考察了该群体的治疗过程,发现厌食症患者的角色经历了治疗前期的角色排斥、治疗中期的角色冲突和治疗后期的角色适应三个阶段,揭示了病人角色与女性角色、女儿角色、学生角色之间的张力,呈现了治疗过程中患者与医生、家长和病友之间的多重互动及其对病人角色适应的影响。这些张力与互动构成了患者进行病人角色转换和调适的微观动力机制。The role of the patient is not fixed but transforms in response to changing circumstances during treatment.This study,through in-depth fieldwork at a mental health center in City A,examines the treatment process of anorexia nervosa patients by exploring both internal role relationships and external interactions.The study identifies three stages of patient role transition:rejection in the pretreatment phase,conflict in the mid-treatment phase,and adaptation in the post-treatment phase.It reveals the tensions between the patient role and other roles,such as being a woman,daughter,and student,and presents the multiple interactions between patients and doctors,parents,and peers.Furthermore,the study investigates how these interactions influence patients'role adaptation and form the micro-dynamic mechanisms for patient role transformation and adaptation.The findings offer sociological insights for effective interventions in the treatment of anorexia nervosa.
