摘　　要：随着我国体育事业的不断发展,学校体育运动也日益受到社会的高度重视,并将其作为促进学生全面发展、凸显学生精神风貌和彰显个性的重要平台。有关增强学生体质、培育体育精神、展现学校形象、输送体育人才、检验学校体育工作成果的高校运动会的价值不言而喻。然而,其长期存在竞赛参与的内生动力不足、竞技水平参差不齐、配套设施供给欠缺和竞赛项目缺乏多样性等方面的现实困境。据此,为实现高质量的体教融合发展目标,提出相应发展路径:凝聚理念共识,增强竞赛吸引力;完善赛事规制,塑造公平竞技精神;优化配套设施,充分开发高校体育资源;增加项目设置,推进设项创新供给;更新体教观念,建立运动长效机制;数字赋能管理工具,提高流程运作效率等方面持续发力。With the continuous development of sports in China,school sports have been increasingly emphasized as an important platform for promoting students' comprehensive development,showcasing their spirit and individuality.University sports meets,which enhance students' physical fitness,cultivate sportsmanship,showcase school image,and cultivate sports talents,are of significant value.However,they face challenges such as insufficient intrinsic motivation for participation,uneven athletic levels,inadequate facility supply,and lack of diversity in competition events.Therefore,to achieve high-quality integration of sports and education,this paper proposes corresponding development pathways:consolidating conceptual consensus to increase the attractiveness of competitions,improving event regulations to foster a spirit of fair competition,optimizing supporting facilities to fully leverage university sports resources,increasing event diversity to promote innovation,updating the concept of sports and education to establish a sustainable mechanism,and utilizing digital management tools to improve operational efficiency.
