体育游戏缓解高三学生焦虑的效果研究

摘  要:目的:通过体育游戏干预,改善高三学生压力情绪,丰富学校体育促进心理健康的教学实施路径,为高中体育活动内容制定与实施提供理论依据。方法:随机选取高三年级2个班的学生为运动组(n=16)和对照组(n=17)。运动干预前对2组学生进行晨时唾液皮质醇(saliva cortisol,唾液Cor)、考试焦虑量表(test anxiety scale,TAS)以及中学生应激源量表(stressors scale for middle school students,SSMSS)的检测和调查。运动组进行8个课时的体育游戏课程运动干预,每周1次课;对照组进行8个课时的自由活动。课程结束后,2组学生再次进行上述3个项目的检测,观察2组学生相关指标的变化情况。结果:(1)干预前,运动组和对照组唾液Cor含量以及TAS、SSMSS量表评分差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,运动组唾液Cor比对照组唾液Cor含量显著降低(P<0.05);运动组干预后比干预前唾液Cor含量显著降低(P<0.05);运动组干预后唾液Cor与平时唾液Cor相比,其含量显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)8个课时的自由活动后,对照组在学习、同伴、身心状态和总分指标上均有不同程度上升,其中同伴和总分得分显著性升高(P<0.05)。结论:(1)体育游戏课程可显著降低考试应激状态下唾液Cor的分泌,通过运动调节应激免疫系统,可作为解决心理问题的有效途径之一;(2)体育游戏课程对“同伴”应激源刺激的抑制具有积极意义,体育游戏作为一种改善同伴社会支持的干预手段具有较好的潜力。OBJECTIVE:This study aims to improve the stress and anxiety levels of high school seniors through physical games intervention and provide a theoretical basis for the development and implementation of physical education activities to promote psychological well-being in schools.METHODS:Sixteen students from two classes were randomly assigned to the exercise group(n=16),while seventeen students were assigned to the control group(n=17).Prior to the intervention,salivary cortisol levels(saliva Cor),Test Anxiety Scale(TAS),and Stressors Scale for Middle School Students(SSMSS) were measured and surveyed in both groups.The exercise group received an 8-week physical games intervention with one session per week,while the control group engaged in 8 weeks of free activities.After the intervention,the same three measurements were conducted to observe changes in the variables.RESULTS:(i) Before the intervention,there were no significant differences in saliva Cor levels,TAS scores,and SSMSS scores between the exercise group and control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the exercise group showed a significant decrease in saliva Cor levels compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,there was a significant reduction in saliva Cor levels within the exercise group after the intervention(P<0.05) compared to before the intervention.(ii) After 8 weeks of free activities,the control group showed varying degrees of improvement in learning,peer relationships,physical and mental states,and overall scores,with significant increases in peer relationship and overall scores(P<0.05).CONCLUSIONS:(i) Physical games intervention significantly reduces the secretion of saliva Cor in students experiencing exam stress,suggesting that exercise has the potential to regulate the stress-immune system and serve as an effective approach to address psychological issues.(ii) Physical games intervention positively inhibits the impact of peer stressors and has the potential to improve peer social support.
