切磋琢磨思想对义教阶段体育教师专业能力发展的启示

摘  要:本文采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,在研究孔子切磋琢磨思想的基础上,以体育教师核心素养为导向,提出义务教育阶段体育教师专业能力提升的四步法。第一步为切阶段:剖石见玉,对师生全面了解,准确定位。第二步为磋阶段:除杂提纯,通过国家、地方和学校层面的继续教育使体育教师更专业。第三步为琢阶段:雕琢塑形,通过不断探索、反思、创新形成教育特色。第四步为磨阶段:磨炼成器,采用PDCA循环管理模式进行磨课,采用听、学、思、写4类方法进行磨研,采用多层面理论联系实践方式进行磨技。This study,using literature research method,expert interviews,and logical analysis,on the basis of exploring the concept of “Qie Cuo Zhuo Mo”,“Cut-Polish-Carve-Grind” in Confucian philosophy,proposes a four-step approach for enhancing the professional competence of physical education(PE) teachers in the context of their core literacy.The four steps are as follows:The first step is the “Qie” stage,which involves a comprehensive understanding of both teachers and students to establish a clear position.The second step is the “Cuo” stage,which focuses on refining and purifying teaching through continued education at the national,local,and school levels to enhance the professionalism of PE teachers.The third step is the “Zhuo” stage,which emphasizes the development of educational characteristics through continuous exploration,reflection,and innovation.The fourth step is the “Mo” stage,which involves honing teaching skills through a PDCA cycle management model,refining teaching through listening,learning,thinking,and writing methods,and integrating theory with practice through multi-dimensional approaches.
