摘 要:随着新工科教育改革的不断深入,农业水利工程专业面临着前所未有的挑战和机遇。该文首先梳理新工科教育的内涵、特点及其对农业水利工程专业的影响,进而分析当前农业水利工程专业本科教育的现状与面临的挑战。在此基础上,该文结合江西农业大学农业水利工程专业本科导师制实施计划方法,评估该方法的实施效果。最后,提出针对农业水利工程专业本科导师制的优化策略,并对未来发展趋势进行展望。该文的研究不仅丰富新工科教育理念下的人才培养模式,也为农业水利工程专业的教学改革提供理论依据和实践指导。With the continuous deepening of the reform of new engineering education,the agricultural and water conservancy engineering profession is facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.This paper first analyzes the connotation,characteristics and impact of new engineering education on agricultural water conservancy engineering,and then analyzes the current status quo and challenges faced by undergraduate education in agricultural water conservancy engineering.On this basis,this paper evaluates the implementation effect of the method based on the implementation plan method of the undergraduate tutorial system for agricultural and hydraulic engineering majors in Jiangxi Agricultural University.Finally,this paper proposes optimization strategies for the undergraduate tutorial system in agricultural water conservancy engineering,and looks forward to the future development trend.The research in this paper not only enriches the talent training model under the new engineering education concept,but also provides theoretical basis and practical guidance for the teaching reform of agricultural and water conservancy engineering majors.
