基于三螺旋理论的广西现代畜牧业“双创”型人才培养路径探析

摘　　要：现代畜牧业的发展关乎农业生产效率、食品安全和农村经济发展等我国农业现代化的关键问题,现今面临如生产效率低、技术水平不高以及人才短缺等问题。人才振兴是产业振兴的关键。该文运用三螺旋理论,通过分析现代畜牧业的特点和需求,探讨建立多学科交叉的教育体系、构建创新文化和创业生态以及建立多元化的金融支持体系等培养现代畜牧业创新创业人才的路径。研究表明,多学科交叉教育体系能够培养现代畜牧业“双创”型人才的综合能力和创新思维,创新文化和创业生态能够系统性地提升其创新意识和创业能力,而多元化的金融支持体系则为创新创业活动提供经济保障。The development of modern animal husbandry is related to key issues such as agricultural production efficiency,food safety and rural economic development in China's agricultural modernization.Today,it faces problems such as low production efficiency,low technical level and talent shortage.Talent revitalization is the key to industrial revitalization.This paper uses the Triple Helix Theory to analyze the characteristics and needs of modern animal husbandry,and explores ways to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talents in modern animal husbandry,such as establishing a multidisciplinary education system,building an innovation culture and entrepreneurial ecology,and establishing a diversified financial support system.Research has shown that a multidisciplinary and cross-education system can cultivate the comprehensive abilities and innovative thinking of modern animal husbandry talents,innovation culture and entrepreneurial ecology can systematically enhance their innovation awareness and entrepreneurial capabilities,while a diversified financial support system provides financial guarantee for innovative and entrepreneurial activities.
