氯吡格雷与氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨常规治疗联合氯吡格雷、氟伐他汀治疗脑梗死的效果。方法:选取2022年3月—2024年3月洛川县医院收治的脑梗死患者120例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为常规组与研究组,每组60例。常规组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合氯吡格雷、氟伐他汀治疗。比较两组临床治疗效果、血脂指标、炎性因子、生活质量、凝血功能指标水平。结果:研究组临床治疗总有效率高于常规组(P=0.002);治疗后,两组总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平降低,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平升高,研究组优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α、白细胞介素-6、白细胞介素-1β水平降低,研究组低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组角色功能、社会功能、总体健康、生理功能评分升高,研究组高于常规组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血酶时间、凝血酶时间升高,纤维蛋白原水平降低,研究组优于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷与氟伐他汀联合常规治疗脑梗死的效果较好,能够降低血脂及炎性因子水平,改善凝血功能,提高生活质量。Objective:To investigate the effect of conventional treatment combined with clopidogrel and fluvastatin in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of one hundred and twenty patients with cerebral infarction admitted to Yan'an Luochuan County Hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into conventional group and study group by random number table method,with sixty cases in each group.The conventional group received conventional treatment,and the study group was combined with clopidogrel and fluvastatin on the basis of the conventional group.The clinical therapeutic effect,blood lipid index,inflammatory factor,quality of life and coagulation function index were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P=0.002);after treatment,the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein cholesterol in two groups were decreased,and the level of high density lipoprotein cholesterol in the study group was higher than that in the conventional group,and those in the study group were better than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α,interleukin-6 and interleukin-1βin two groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of role function,social function,general health and physiological function were increased in two groups,and those in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05);after treatment,the prothrombin time,activated partial thrombin time and thrombin time of the two groups were increased,and the fibrinogen level was decreased,and the study group was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clopidogrel and fluvastatin combined with conventional treatment of cerebral infarction is better,can reduce the levels of blood lipids and inflammatory
