早期多专业综合康复治疗急性脑血栓脑梗死患者的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析早期多专业综合康复治疗急性脑血栓脑梗死患者的效果。方法:选取2021年9月—2023年7月北京市西城区展览路医院收治的急性脑血栓脑梗死患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(采用常规治疗干预)与观察组(采用早期多专业综合康复干预),各50例。对比两组治疗前后恢复情况、情绪状态、生活质量、肌力恢复情况、康复时间。结果:治疗后,两组Barthel指数、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分升高,扩展残疾状态量表评分降低,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组焦虑自评量表和抑郁自评量表评分降低,脑卒中专用生活质量量表评分升高,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组肌力分级优于对照组(P=0.017)。结论:早期综合康复治疗可以全面改善急性脑血栓脑梗患者的日常生活功能、肢体运动功能、神经功能、情绪状态、生活质量及肌力。Objective:To analyze the effect of early multi-specialty comprehensive rehabilitation on patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of one hundred patients with acute cerebral thrombosis and cerebral infarction treated in Beijing Xicheng District Zhanlan Road Hospital from September 2021 to July 2023 were selected and divided into control group(with conventional treatment intervention)and observation group(with early multi-specialty comprehensive rehabilitation intervention)according to random number table method,with fifty cases each.The recovery,emotional state,quality of life,muscle strength recovery and recovery time of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results:After treatment,the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer motor function score were increased,and the extended disability status scale score was decreased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale decreased,and the scores of Stroke Special Quality of Life Scale increased,and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the muscle strength of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P=0.017).Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation can improve the daily living function,limb motor function,nerve function,emotional state,quality of life and muscle strength of patients with acute cerebral thrombus cerebral infarction.
