摘　　要：目的:探讨椅旁即刻全瓷修复系统(CEREC)在后牙牙体缺损患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2024年3月嘉峪关市中医医院收治的后牙牙体缺损患者372例,采用信封法分为观察组与对照组,各186例。对照组采用传统修复方式,观察组采用CEREC修复方式。比较两组牙周健康指标[菌斑指数(PLI)、出血指数(BI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙周探诊指数(BOP)]、修复体情况、咀嚼功能。结果:治疗前,两组PLI、BI、PD、GI、BOP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组PLI、BI、PD、GI、BOP水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);修复后2周、1个月,观察组颜色、边缘着色、继发龋、形态、边缘密合度A级率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组修复体碎裂率低于对照组(P=0.028);观察组修复后咀嚼总有效率高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论:CEREC修复后牙牙体缺损可以改善患者的牙周健康情况,提高修复体完好率及患者的咀嚼功能。Objective:To investigate the application effect of chair side immediate all-porcelain repair system(CEREC)in patients with posterior dental defects.Methods:A total of three hundred and seventy-two patients with posterior dental defects treated in Jiayuguan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into observation group and control group by envelope method,with one hundred and eighty-six cases in each group.The control group was repaired by traditional method,and the observation group was repaired by CEREC method.Periodontal health indexes[plaque index(PLI),bleeding index(BI),probing depth(PD),gingival index(GI),bleeding on probing(BOP)],prosthesis condition and masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in PLI,BI,PD,GI and BOP levels between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of PLI,BI,PD,GI and BOP in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);at 2 weeks and 1 month after repair,grade A rates of color,edge coloring,secondary caries,shape and edge close in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05);the fracture rate of restoration in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.028);the total effective rate of mastication after repair in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.001).Conclusion:CEREC can improve the periodontal health of patients,improve the repair rate and the masticatory function of patients.
