口腔正畸中微螺钉种植体支抗的临床应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研讨口腔正畸中应用微螺钉种植体支抗的效果及对患者牙根吸收、咀嚼功能的影响。方法:选取2017年1月—2022年12月在乌鲁木齐市口腔医院正畸科接受口腔正畸治疗的患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组40例。对照组给予传统正畸支抗处理,观察组给予微螺钉种植体支抗处理。对比两组牙根吸收情况、咀嚼功能、牙齿美学效果及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组上颌牙体(前牙及尖牙)吸收程度均重于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,两组咀嚼功能强于治疗前,红色美学指数、白色美学指数评分高于治疗前,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.023)。结论:对口腔正畸患者实施微螺钉种植体支抗或传统正畸支抗处理的牙根吸收情况大致相当,但微螺钉种植体支抗得牙齿美容效果更好,可改善患者的咀嚼功能,减少并发症发生。Objective:To examine the application effect of micro-screw implant supports in orthodontics and the effect on root resorption and masticatory function of patients.Methods:Eighty patients who received orthodontic treatment in the Department of Orthodontics of Urumqi Stomatological Hospital from January 2017 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was given traditional orthodontic support treatment,and the observation group was given micro-screw implant support treatment.The root resorption,masticatory function,dental aesthetic effect and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the resorption of maxillary dentition(anterior and cuspid)of both groups was better than that before treatment(P<0.05);after treatment,the masticatory function of both groups was stronger than that before treatment,and the scores of red aesthetic index and white aesthetic index were higher than that before treatment,and the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);and the total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.023).Conclusion:Root resorption in orthodontic patients treated with microscrew implant supports or traditional orthodontic supports is roughly equivalent,but micro-screw implant supports have better cosmetic results,improve patients'masticatory function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.
