在继发性青光眼治疗中应用选择性激光小梁成形术的价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析选择性激光小梁成形术(SLT)在继发性青光眼治疗中的应用价值。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年6月在楚雄复明眼科医院接受治疗的继发性青光眼患者80例(80只眼)作为研究对象,根据单双数法随机分为观察组与对照组,每组40例。对照组行小梁切除术治疗,观察组行SLT治疗。比较两组术后3个月临床疗效、并发症发生率及不同时间视力水平。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P=0.044)。术后1周,两组视力水平均高于术前(P<0.05);术后1、2、3个月,两组视力水平均高于术前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.045)。结论:SLT治疗继发性青光眼的临床效果显著,可有效提高患者视力水平,且安全性较高。Objective:To analyze the application value of selective laser trabecular plasty(SLT)in the treatment of secondary glaucoma.Methods:A total of eighty patients(80 eyes)with secondary glaucoma who received treatment in Fuming Hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to odd-even number method,with forty cases in each group.The control group received trabeculectomy and the observation group received SLT.The clinical efficacy,complication rate and visual acuity level at different time were compared 3 months after operation between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P=0.044).One week after surgery,the visual acuity level of both groups was higher than that before surgery(P<0.05);at 1,2 and 3 months after operation,the visual acuity level of both groups was higher than that before operation,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.045).Conclusion:SLT has significant clinical effect in the treatment of secondary glaucoma,and can effectively improve the visual acuity level of patients with high safety.
