算法控制视阈下零工工作者社会偏差行为形成机理研究

摘　　要：零工经济的持续蓬勃发展,在激活就业市场和城市活力的同时,也带来了对社会秩序和公共安全的挑战,零工工作者的社会偏差行为因此成为政府和社会关注的焦点。本文基于社会失范理论,针对604名零工工作者的三阶段调查分析,探讨感知算法控制通过沉浸压力对社会偏差行为的影响机制,以及生存挑战在该中介机制中的调节作用。研究表明,零工工作者的感知算法控制会增加其社会偏差行为,沉浸压力对该因果路径具有中介作用,生存挑战则调节了沉浸压力的中介效应。因此,本研究建议平台企业优化算法系统设计、监管部门制定公共保障政策、从业者个人增强自我调节。The gig economy's robust and dynamic growth has invigorated the job market and urban dynamism,but it also poses challenges to social order and public safety.Consequently,the social deviance of gig workers has emerged as a key concern for both government and society.Drawing on the theory of social anomie,this paper conducts a time-lagged analysis of 604 gig workers to investigate the mechanism by which perceived algorithmic control influences social deviance,with a focus on the mediating role of immersion pressure and the moderating effect of existential challenges.The findings indicate that perceived algorithmic control is linked to increased social deviance among gig workers,with immersion stress acting as a mediator in this relationship.Additionally,existential challenges were found to modulate the mediating effect of immersion stress.The study concludes with recommendations for platform companies to refine their algorithmic systems,for regulators to craft public protection policies,and for individual workers to bolster self-regulation.
