The high dependency and frequent interactions among team members make teams an ideal environment for fostering thriving at work.As an important concept in positive organiza-tional behavior, research on thriving at work has gradually extended from the individual level to the team level. This paper systematically reviews the concept and measurement methods of team thriving at work, and summarizes its antecedents and mechanisms of effect. The findings indicate that the concept of team thriving at work has not been clearly defined, and there remains a discrep-ancy between existing measurement tools and the assumptions of emergent theories.Furthermore, research on antecedents and formation mechanisms is still limited, and the exploration of effect mechanisms has not been sufficiently addressed.Based on this, the paper defines team thriving at work in terms of its nature, structure, content domain, and appearance, and constructs a com-prehensive analytical framework. It is suggested that to develop more precise measurement tools, delve deeper into the influencing factors and their roles in different organizational contexts, and validate related effect mechanisms, thereby providing a scientific basis for theoretical development and practical application.
