摘 要:以液体聚硫橡胶(LPR)为芯材、聚苯乙烯(PS)为囊壁,采用溶剂蒸发法制备了LPR@PS微胶囊。通过对制约微球热力学稳态因素与动力学因素的调整制备了具有不同粒径大小、壳厚、表面形貌及结构的聚硫橡胶微胶囊,考察了乳化剂种类和用量、芯壁质量比、搅拌速率、油水体积比以及温度与溶剂对液体聚硫橡胶包覆效果的影响。采用红外光谱、光学显微镜、扫描电镜等手段对微胶囊的结构和形貌进行了表征,通过硫醇基含量分析方法测定了微胶囊中液体聚硫橡胶的相对含量。实验结果表明,以1%的十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为乳化剂,芯壁质量比为4:10,在20℃条件下以500 r/min的速率搅拌18 h后可获得表面光滑、颗粒均匀、包覆膜完整的理想形貌的微胶囊,平均粒径为35.82μm。该条件制备的聚硫橡胶微胶囊中液体聚硫橡胶含量为28.44%,聚硫橡胶的包覆率为88.73%,聚硫橡胶密度下降19.86%。为新一代微胶囊基聚硫橡胶密封材料的研发与工业应用提供了新思路与技术支持。Novel LPR@PS microcapsules were prepared by solvent evaporation method with polystyrene(PS)as shell material and liquid polysulfide rubber(LPR)as core material.The microcapsules of polysulfide rubber with different particle sizes,shell thickness,surface morphology and structure were designed by adjusting the factors of thermodynamic stability and dynamics of the microspheres.The influences of various process factors including type and usage of emulsifier,mass ratio of core to shell,stirring rate,oil/water volume ratio,reaction temperature and solvent were experimentally investigated.The structure and morphology of the prepared microcapsules were characterized by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy,optical microscopy,and scanning electron microscopy,respectively.The relative content of liquid polysulfide in microcapsules was determined by the content analysis of sulfhydryl group.The results indicate that the microcapsules with well-defined spherical shape and smooth surface were obtained after stirring at a rate of 500 r/min for 18 h at 20℃with 1%sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)as emulsifier,m(core):m(shell)=4:10,and the average particle size is 35.82μm.The results of quantitative analysis show that the content of liquid polysulfide rubber in the microcapsules prepared under these conditions is 28.44%,and the encapsulation efficiency of the polysulfide rubber microcapsules prepared is 88.73%.The density of polysulfide rubber can be reduced by 19.86%.This study provides a new idea and technical support for the research and industrial application of the new generation of microcapsule based polysulfide rubber sealing materials.
