摘  要:侦查学在初创时期即具备“文”“工”一体属性,以对侦查工作的实用性为准则建构了综合性的学科体系。与部分国家侦查学发展保持的连续性不同,我国侦查学在研究内容上逐步与技术内容“脱钩”,走上了“文”“工”相对分离的文科之路。随着新技术浪潮对侦查学研究及其服务面向的全面且深刻的改造,以及现代法治与犯罪治理现代化对侦查工作提出的新要求,侦查学出现“文”“工”实质性融合的迫切需要。“文”“工”再融合,与侦查学初创时期技术内容的简单堆砌有着本质区别。在侦查学新文科建设进程中,仍需以解决重大基础性理论问题为目标,通过真诚而专业的学术对话,对侦查实践进行认真总结、预判,实现学术引领。Criminal investigation,from its nascent stage,has embodied the attributes of both the"liberal arts"and"engineering",constructing an integrated disciplinary system guided by the criterion of practical utility in investigative operations.Unlike the continuous development of criminal investigation in some countries,the research content of criminal investigation in China has gradually become decoupled from technical content,steering towards a path of"liberal arts"that has become relatively distinct from"engineering".With the comprehensive and profound transformation brought about by new technology waves in the research and service orientation of criminal investigation,as well as the new demands for investigative work posed by modern rule of law and the modernization of criminal governance,there is an urgent need for a substantial integration of "liberal arts"and"engineering".This re-integration of"arts"and"engineering"is fundamentally different from the simple accumulation of technical content during the initial period of criminal investigation.In the process of building criminal investigation as a New Liberal Art,it is still necessary to aim at solving major foundational theoretical issues.Through sincere and professional academic dialogue,it is essential to meticulously summarize,anticipate,and indeed,steer the course of investigative practice.
