摘 要:健全新文科人才自主培养体系、提升新文科人才自主培养质量既是新文科建设的核心任务,也是新文科服务教育强国战略的重要使命。在全面推进新文科建设的过程中,我国高校新文科人才培养体系建设取得了一定突破,但在专业、课程、教材和教学体系方面仍存在自主性不强的现实瓶颈,主要体现为自主调适机制乏力、自主知识融入困难、自主迭代动力较弱三个方面。新文科人才自主培养质量提升的改革路向包括持续优化新文科学科专业结构,融通新文科课程体系和教材体系,推动新文科教育数字化转型,完善新文科人才自主培养跨界协作网络,打造新文科拔尖人才自主培养高地。Strengthening the independent talent cultivation system in New Liberal Arts and improving the quality of talent cultivation are not only core objectives in the advancement of New Liberal Arts,but also pivotal responsibilities in establishing a strong educational system.With the support of favorable policies,significant progress has been achieved in developing the talent cultivation system for New Liberal Arts within Chinese higher education institutions.However,challenges persist,particularly concerning autonomy in disciplines,curricula,textbooks,and pedagogical frameworks.The transformation of New Liberal Arts has not kept pace with contemporary developments,as evidenced by the absence of adaptive mechanisms,difficulties in knowledge integration,and limited capacity for iterative innovation.To address these issues,it is imperative to prioritize the innovative transformation of the independent talent cultivation system,continuously refine the structure of disciplines and majors,integrate curricula and textbook systems,promote digital transformation,enhance crossdisciplinary collaboration networks,and establish high-standard hubs for nurturing top-notch talents.
