摘  要:目的:在初中生父母样本中修订家务和家庭工作中付出-回报失衡量表(ERI-HF),并对其适应性进行检验。方法:对ERI-HF进行翻译和语言调整并结合专家评定结果,形成养育行为付出-回报失衡量表(ERI-PB)。选取某中学七年级1 062名学生的父母,以家庭为单位,间隔一个半月进行第2次测评。以感知伴侣回应性量表(PPRS)、育儿焦虑问卷(PAQ)和婚姻满意度量表(SMS)作为效标工具。结果:ERI-PB共22个条目,包含付出、回报、过度承诺3因子,各因子的因子负荷为0.39~0.84,累积方差解释率为47.27%;付出、回报、过度承诺得分与PPRS、PAQ和SMS得分相关系数绝对值为0.14~0.53 (均P<0.01)。3个因子的Cronbachα系数为0.76~0.91,McDonaldω系数为0.76~0.91,重测信度(ICC)为0.50~0.70。结论:本研究修订形成的养育行为付出-回报失衡量表(ERI-PB)在初中生父母群体中具有良好的效度与信度。Objective:To revise the Effort-Reward Imbalance in Household and Family Work(ERI-HF)in a sample of middle school parents,and examine its adaptation.Methods:The Parenting Behavior Effort-Reward Imbalance Scale(ERI-PB)was formed by translating and linguistically adjusting ERI-HF,combining with expert evaluation results.Parents of 1062 seventh-grade students in a middle school were selected and surveyed twice with an interval of one and a half months on a family basis.The Perceived Partner Responsiveness Scale(PPRS),Parenting Anxiety Questionnaire(PAQ),and Satisfaction with Marital Scale(SMS)were used to test the criterion-related validity.Results:There were 22 items in ERI-PB,which contained 3 factors of effort,reward,and over-commitment,the factor load of each factor was 0.39-0.84,and the cumulative variance explanation rate was 47.27%.The absolute values of correlations between the scores of effort,reward,over-commitment and PPRS,PAQ,SMS were 0.14-0.53(Ps<0.01).The Cronbachαcoefficients of the three factors were 0.76-0.91,the McDonald coefficients were 0.76-0.91,and the retest reliabilities(ICC)were 0.50-0.70.Conclusion:The ERI-PB shows good validity and reliability in a group of parents of middle school students.
