摘　　要：目的:检验同辈心理健康病耻感量表(PMHSS-R)中文版在中学生中的效度与信度。方法:选取1099名中学生,随机分为样本1(n=549)和样本2(n=550),分别进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析;总样本(n=1099)用于考察内部一致性信度,2周后选取其中87名中学生进行重测;另外选取259名中学生(样本3),采用抑郁症病耻感量表(DSS)、专业心理支持求助态度量表简版(ATSPPHSF)进行效标效度检验。结果:探索性因子分析共提取出2个公因子,命名为病耻感意识、病耻感认同,累计方差贡献率为66.86%;验证性因子分析表明2因子模型拟合指数较好(χ^(2)/df=3.70,CFI=0.97,TLI=0.96,SRMR=0.03,RMSEA=0.07);PMHSS-R中文版得分与DSS得分正相关(ICC=0.58,P<0.01),与ATSPPH-SF得分负相关(ICC=-0.40,P<0.01);总量表及2个因子的Cronbachα系数分别为0.90、0.92和0.85,重测信度(ICC)分别为0.84、0.76和0.78。结论:同辈心理健康病耻感量表(PMHSS-R)中文版评估中学生的心理健康病耻感具有良好效度与信度。Objective:To test the validity and reliability of the Chinese version of the Peer Mental Health Stigmatization Scale-Revised(PMHSS-R)in middle school students.Methods:A total of 1099 middle school students were selected and randomly divided into Sample 1(n=549)and Sample 2(n=550)for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis,respectively.The total sample(n=1099)was used to measure internal consistency,and 87 of them were retested two weeks later.A total of 259 middle school students(Sample 3)was selected for the criterion validity test with the Depression Stigma Scale(DSS)and the Attitudes toward Seeking Professional Psychological Help Scale-Short Form(ATSPPH-SF).Results:Exploratory factor analysis identified 2 common factors,namely stigma awareness and stigma agreement,with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 66.86%.The confirmatory factor analysis showed that the two-factor structure model fit was adequate(χ^(2)/df=3.70,CFI=0.97,TLI=0.96,SRMR=0.03,RMSEA=0.07).The PMHSS-R Chinese version scores were positively correlated with the DDS scores(ICC=0.58,P<0.01)and negatively correlated with the ATSPPH-SF scores(ICC=-0.40,P<0.01).The Cronbach α coefficients of the total scores and the two-factor scores were 0.90,0.92,0.85,respectively.The test-retest reliability coefficients(ICC)were 0.84,0.76,0.78,respectively.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the Peer Mental Health Stigmatization Scale-Revised(PMHSS-R)demonstrates good validity and reliability in assessing mental health stigma among middle school students.
