摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(AD)是一种由多因素导致的神经退行性疾病,其临床特征包括进行性认知功能障碍和行为损害,常常合并一系列的精神症状。其中激越行为是AD中最具挑战性的神经精神症状之一,对患者和护理人员具有重要意义。激越在AD中很常见且精神状态持续存在,而在精神病中症状持续存在但不常见。目前在国内外研究中,对AD激越行为的研究主要集中在治疗及护理方面,而对机制及相关的生物标志物的研究较少。本文讨论了AD患者激越行为临床表现、机制及其相关的生物标志物,加强了对AD伴激越行为的理解,以期为临床提供更方便的血液标志物和有效的治疗策略。Alzheimer s disease(AD)is a multifactorial neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive cognitive impairment and behavioral impairment,often combined with a range of psychiatric symptoms.Agitated behavior is one of the most challenging neuropsychiatric symptoms in AD and has important implications for patients and caregivers.Agitation is common in AD and the mental state persists,while symptoms persist but are less common in psychosis.At present,in domestic and foreign studies,the research on the agitation behavior of AD mainly focuses on the treatment and nursing,but there are few studies on the mechanism and related biomarkers.In this paper,we discuss the clinical manifestations,mechanisms and related biomarkers of agitated behavior in AD patients,and strengthen the understanding of AD associated with agitated behavior,in order to provide more convenient blood markers and effective treatment strategies for the clinic.
