摘  要:建立一种高效液相色谱同时测定固体饮料中酒石酸、乳酸、苹果酸、柠檬酸、丁二酸、富马酸、己二酸7种有机酸的方法。样品经固相萃取净化前处理过程,使用Purospher®STAR RP-18(5µm)Hibar®RT 250-4.6色谱柱进行分离,流动相为:0.1%磷酸和甲醇,流速为1.0mL/min,温度为30℃,外标法定量,7种有机酸的校准曲线相关系数R2均在0.9990以上。方法的RSD范围为2.8%-8.6%(n=6),回收率为91.9%-108%。结果表明,该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于食品中有机酸的测定。A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous determination of tartaric acid,lactic acid,malic acid,citric acid,succinic acid,fumaric acid and adipic acid in solid beverage.The samples were separated using a Purospher®STAR RP-18(5µm)Hibar®RT 250-4.6 column with mobile phases of 0.1%phosphoric acid and methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and a temperature of 30℃,and quantified by external standard method.The correlation coefficient R2 of calibration curves of 7 organic acids was above 0.9990.The RSD range of the method was 2.8%to 8.6%(n=6),and the recoveries were 91.9%to 108%.The results show that the method is simple,accurate and reproducible,and can be used for the determination of organic acids in food.
