摘 要:目的:探讨全功能动态矫正衣对脑卒中偏瘫患者任务导向性训练效果的影响。方法:将本院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为试验组31例与对照组30例。对照组给予传统任务导向性训练,试验组穿戴全功能动态矫正衣进行任务导向性训练。比较两组训练前后平衡功能(BBS)、起立-行走计时测试(TUGT)、动态步态指数(DGI)、姿势参数及神经生长因子(NGF)、脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平。结果:训练后试验组BBS与DGI评分、步长与触地时间、关节屈伸活动度、DGF与BDNF水平高于对照组(P<0.05),TUGT、躯干前屈与侧弯角度小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:全功能动态矫正衣可进一步提升卒中偏瘫患者任务导向性训练效果。Objective:To investigate the effect of full-function dynamic corrective clothing on task-oriented training in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods Stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group(31 cases)and control group(30 cases).The control group was given traditional task-oriented training,and the experimental group wore full-function dynamic corrective clothing for task-oriented training.Balance function(BBS)score,standing up and walking timing test(TUGT)time,dynamic gait index(DGI)score,gait and walking posture parameters,nerve growth factor(NGF)and brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)levels were compared between the two groups before and after training.Results After training,BBS and DGI scores,affected side step length and touchdown time,knee and hip flexion and extension motion,DGF and BDNF levels in experimental groups were higher than those in control group(P<0.05),TUGT time,trunk forward bending and lateral bending Angle were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Full-function dynamic corrective clothing can further improve the effect of task-oriented training for stroke patients with hemiplegia.
