摘  要:根据矿物材料的学科交叉特点,设计了以高岭石为催化剂载体的γ-FeOOH/高岭石过硫酸盐复合催化材料,并通过自主搭建动态降解装置研究其活化过硫酸盐降解双酚A的研究型综合教学实验。采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、场发射透射电子显微镜、X射线粉末衍射仪和N2等温吸脱附测试等表征手段深入分析了催化剂的微观形貌、物相结构和孔隙特征,并进一步结合动态降解体系对复合材料活化过硫酸盐降解双酚A的应用性能进行了评价,启发学生对材料结构与催化性能之间构-效关系研究的思考。实践结果表明,该实验的设计有助于加深学生对矿物材料研究前沿的了解,培养学生的科研思维,提升学生的科研创新能力和实践能力,提升教学质量。Given the interdisciplinary properties of mineral materials,a comprehensive pedagogical experiment that centers on utilizing kaolinite as catalyst support for synthesizingγ-FeOOH/kaolinite persulfate catalytic composite is designed.The persulfate activation performance for the degradation of bisphenol A is investigated in a dynamic degradation system.Characterizations,such as scanning electron microscope,transmission electron microscope,X-ray diffractometer,and N2 isothermal adsorption-desorption test analysis,are employed to detect the catalyst’s microstructural,phase structures,and pore characteristics.Furthermore,the composite’s effectiveness in activating persulfate for the degradation of bisphenol A is systematically studied through the dynamic degradation system,which inspires the students’thinking on the structure-activity relationship between structure and catalytic performance.The results show that the design of this experiment can further help students understand the research frontier of mineral materials,cultivate their scientific research thinking,improve their scientific research innovation ability and practical ability,and finally help them improve the quality of teaching.
