摘　　要：目的:探讨中青年脑卒中患者希望水平及其影响因素。方法:采用一般情况调查问卷、Herth希望程度量表(HHI)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)及医学应对方式量表(MCMQ)对某医院神经内科226例中青年脑卒中患者进行调查。结果:中青年脑卒中患者HHI评分为(36.03±4.20)分,SSRS得分为(39.07±7.92)分,MCMQ评分为(46.35±6.51)分。分析发现,社会支持总分与希望水平间呈正相关,而屈服维度与希望水平呈负相关。多元线性回归显示,中青年脑卒中患者卒中病程、NIHSS评分、社会支持和屈服维度是希望水平的影响因素。结论:中青年脑卒中患者希望水平为中、高等水平,应采取有效措施降低患者NIHSS得分,帮助患者有效面对,从而提高患者希望水平。Objective:To explore the hope level and influencing factors of middle-aged and young stroke patients.Methods:General Situation Questionnaire,Hess Expectancy Scale(HHI),Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS)and Medical Coping Style Scale(MCMQ)were used to investigate 226 young and middle-aged stroke patients in the department of neurology of a tertiary a hospital in Henan province.Results:The HHI score of middle-aged and young stroke patients was(36.03±4.20)points,the SSRS score was(39.07±7.92)points,and the MCMQ score was(46.35士6.51)points;The analysis found that the total score of social support was positively correlated with the hope level,and the yielding dimension was negatively correlated with the hope level.Multiple linear regression showed that the course of stroke,NIHSS score,social support,and the yielding dimension were the influencing factors of the hope level in middle-aged and young stroke patients.Conclusion:The hope level of middleaged and young stroke patients is at a medium-tohigh level.Effective measures should be taken to reduce the NIHSS score of patients and help them face it effectively,thereby improving the hope level of patients.
