摘　　要：全国温室气体自愿减排交易是一种通过抵消机制促进控排企业自愿控制和减少温室气体排放的市场手段。本文从我国自愿减排交易的定义和作用展开论述,全面分析了自愿减排交易市场的发展历程和发展现状,特别是对自愿减排项目方法学中额外性的论述和已公示的自愿减排项目进行了讨论,最后对我国自愿减排交易市场的发展进行了展望。Chinese certified emission reduction(CCER)trading market is a market instrument that promotes the voluntary control and reduction of greenhouse gas emissions by emission-control enterprises through an offset mechanism.This paper addresses the definition and function of CCER trading,offering a comprehensive analysis of the evolution and current status of the CCER trading market.Particular attention is devoted to the concept of additionality in the methodology of CCER projects and CCER projects that have been publicly announced.The paper concludes with an outlook on the future development of CCER trading market.
