摘  要:针对高烈度区大跨斜拉桥静、动力性能差的技术难题,以高烈度区大跨斜拉桥——安罗黄河特大桥为背景,采用有限元法开展纵向约束体系研究。在常规半飘浮体系和弹性约束体系静、动力响应分析的基础上,提出塔梁间纵向设置多功能动力耗能装置的约束体系(简称多功能动力耗能体系),确定多功能动力耗能装置合理的关键参数,并与常规半飘浮体系和弹性约束体系进行对比。结果表明:高烈度区大跨斜拉桥在设置常规纵向半飘浮体系或纵向弹性约束体系时,均无法同时满足桥梁的静、动力性能;多功能动力耗能体系可避免主梁温度变形对桥塔产生的影响,同时在静力荷载和荷载组合作用下能够发挥弹性约束作用,在地震作用下可发挥减震耗能作用,有效改善大跨斜拉桥纵向静、动力性能,解决了高烈度区大跨斜拉桥设计中的关键技术难题。所提出的多功能动力耗能体系已成功应用于安罗黄河特大桥。This study focuses on the longitudinal restraint system that can enhance the static and dynamic mechanical properties of the long-span cable-stayed bridges in the high intensity areas.The Anluo Huanghe River Bridge,a long-span cable-stayed bridge in a high intensity area,is used as a case.It is suggested to add a longitudinal multifunctional dynamic energy dissipation device in-between the pylon and the girder(which is called a multifunctional dynamic energy dissipation system),to collaborate with the fundamental semi-floating system and the elastic restraint system in a cable-stayed bridge.The key parameters of the multifunctional dynamic energy dissipation device are determined and compared with the performance of the conventional semi-floating system and longitudinal elastic system.As per the analysis,a cable-stayed bridge in the high intensity area,which is only fitted with elastic restraints,shows insufficient static and dynamic capacities.After fitted with a multifunctional dynamic energy dissipation system,the thermal deformation of the main girder will not impact the pylons,the multifunctional dynamic energy dissipation system works as an extra elastic restraint to the bridge under static loads and load combinations,and mitigates vibration and dissipates energy in a seismic event,as a result,the longitudinal static and dynamic capacities of the long-span cable-stayed bridge are effectively improved.
