摘　　要：产教融合协同育人有助于提升司法警官院校教育质量,提高学生实践能力和综合素质。当前司法警官院校在实施产教融合过程中存在企业参与办学的动力不足、校企合作不够紧密、人才培养与企业需求脱节等主要问题,应从构建产教融合平台、深化人才培养改革、加强“双师”型队伍建设、建好实训基地等方面进一步加强校企合作,深化产教融合,实现协同育人。The collaborative education through integration of production and education can help improve the quality of education in judicial police academies,enhance students'practical abilities and comprehensive qualities.At present,there are main problems in the implementation of the integration of industry and education in judicial police colleges,such as lack of motivation for enterprises to participate in the school,insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises,and a disconnect between talent cultivation and enterprise needs.Therefore,we should further strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises,deepen the reform of talent cultivation,strengthen the construction of"Double-qualified Teachers",and build training bases,deepen the integration of industry and education,and achieve collaborative education.
