摘 要:研究将互动仪式链理论应用于博物馆数字化体验设计中,借助仪式进程促使游客与展览、展品、其他游客建立高度的情感连带,将短期情感向长期情感转换,结合数字技术丰富观展体验,提升观展质量。首先结合柯林斯互动仪式链理论框架对数字化博物馆体验设计案例比对分析;采用问卷调查、用户体验地图等方法,分析游客的特征、痛点和目标,总结博物馆数字化体验设计中互动仪式的机会点,提出博物馆数字化体验设计策略;以湖北省博物馆为研究案例,设计博物馆数字化体验设计应用《楚云游梦》,最后进行设计方案的可行性验证。基于互动仪式链理论以观展前、观展中、观展后的用户需求为前提,从营造互动情境、优化展品反馈、构建交流渠道、设置群体符号4个层面,完善博物馆数字化体验设计流程,提升游客的观展体验。为博物馆数字化体验设计的研究者和设计师提供实证参考,同时也开拓了互动仪式链理论应用的新视野。This study applies the Interaction Ritual Chains theory to the design of digital museum experiences,using ritual processes to foster strong emotional connections between visitors,exhibitions,exhibits,and other visitors,thereby transforming short-term emotions into long-term bonds.By integrating digital technology,the study enriches the visitor experience and enhances the quality of exhibitions.First,the study uses Collins'Interaction Ritual Chains framework to conduct comparative analyses of digital museum experience design cases.Methods such as questionnaires and user experience mapping are employed to analyze visitor characteristics,pain points,and goals,summarizing the opportunities for interaction rituals in digital museum experience design.Based on these findings,the study proposes strategies for digital museum experience design.Taking the Hubei Provincial Museum as a case study,the research develops the digital museum application"Chu Yun You Meng"and proceeds with a feasibility evaluation of the design solution.Grounded in Interaction Ritual Chains theory,the research addresses visitor needs before,during,and after museum visits,focusing on four key aspects:creating interactive contexts,optimizing exhibit feedback,building communication channels,and establishing group symbols.This comprehensive approach enhances the digital museum experience design process and improves visitor engagement.The findings provide empirical insights for researchers and designers in digital museum experience design and open new avenues for the application of Interaction Ritual Chains theory.
