摘　　要：高校劳动教育的开展与我国社会主义现代化建设有着密切相关性,关涉到“培养什么人”的重要议题。在实现中国式现代化征程中,高校劳动教育的价值体现在实现美好生活向往的现实诉求、形塑学生劳动精神的必然选择、落实立德树人目标的本旨指向、推进教育强国建设的战略支撑四个方面,具有为中国式现代化凝聚创造力、竞争力、行动力的重要使命。高校劳动教育在社会主义现代化事业建设中在宏观层面发挥顶层设计作用,强化劳动教育课程体系建设;在中观层面发挥引导作用,构建劳动教育评价体系;在微观层面发挥个人主体作用,助推高校劳动教育育人实质体现。以此激发大学生的劳动热情和创造活力,助力社会主义现代化强国建设。The development of labor education in colleges and universities is closely related to China's socialist modernization construction,which is related to the important issue of“who to train”.In the process of realizing Chinese modernization,the value of labor education in colleges and universities is embodied in four aspects:the realistic appeal of realizing the yearning for a better life,the inevitable choice of shaping students'labor spirit,the purpose of implementing the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people,and the strategic support of promoting the construction of a strong education country.And it has the important missions of cohesion creativity,cohesion competitiveness and cohesion action for Chinese modernization.In the construction of socialist modernization for college labor education we should play the role of top-level design at the macro level and strengthen the construction of labor education curriculum system.At the meso level,we should give full play to the guiding role of colleges and universities and construct the evaluation system of labor education;at the micro level,we should play the role of individual subject and promote the essence of labor education in colleges and universities.In this way,we can stimulate the labor enthusiasm and creative vitality of college students and help build a strong socialist modernization country.
