摘  要:校企联合培养全日制专业学位研究生对提升培养质量和认可度具有重要意义。从校企资源整合、培养目标和教学体系、学业质量评估机制进行分析,应成立专职培养管理机构,激励校外导师参与学生指导,根据企业需求制订培养目标和课程设置,实现培养单位与用人单位的无缝对接,结合学生座谈、调查问卷等方式综合评估学生的学业情况和综合素质等。It is of great significance to study the university-enterprise joint training quality assurance system for part-time professional degree graduates to improve the training quality and recognition of professional degree graduates.Analysis are carried out from the three aspects of university-enterprise resource integration,training objectives and teaching system,and academic quality evaluation mechanism.Full-time training management institutions should be established and external tutors are encouraged to participate in student guidance.The training objectives and curriculum Settings should be developed according to the needs of enterprises for the realization of seamless docking between training units and employers.The students'academic situation and comprehensive quality should be evaluated on the basis of student discussion and questionnaire.
