摘  要:在超高周疲劳应用场景下,提升气阀的可靠性对实现压缩机的变频化与小型化起着关键作用。基于气阀超高周冲击疲劳试验机,测试了由三种阀板与三种阀片装配成的不同气阀的冲击疲劳寿命。通过观察试验现象和结果分析证明,提升阀板与阀片的加工质量、改善阀板与阀片的性能契合度以及优化阀片材料的微观组织,是提升气阀超高周冲击疲劳寿命的有效途径。这为气阀的生产加工、结构设计以及材料选择提供了重要参考。As a typical giga cycle fatigue application,valve system has been applied for various compressors and improving the reliability of valves is the key to meet higher frequency and miniaturization in the future.Based on the custom-made impact fatigue testing machine,the fatigue lifes of different valves were tested.It is verified that improving the processing quality,bettering the performance fit between valve plates and flapper valves,and optimizing the microstructure of valve materials are effective methods to enhance the fatigue life of valves.Which are contribute to provide more ideas for the production and processing,structural design,and material selection of compressor valves.
