双眼视知觉网络训练用于弱视防治的效果分析

摘　　要：观察双眼视知觉网络训练用于弱视防治的效果。选取2022年10月—2023年11月邯郸市第四医院收治的64例弱视患儿为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组各32例。对照组采用精细作业医治法,观察组采用双眼视知觉网络训练法,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果显示,干预后,观察组患儿的视力状况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的眼手协调能力、知觉水平眼位均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿家属的负性心态评分低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患儿的各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患儿的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,双眼视知觉网络训练用于弱视防治的效果明显,其不仅可改善患儿视力状况,优化患儿的治疗效果,还可增强患儿眼手协调、知觉水平眼位能力,缓解患儿家属的负面情绪,提高患儿及其家属的满意度,推广应用价值高。Observation of the effectiveness of binocular visual perception network training in the prevention and treatment of amblyopia.64 children with amblyopia admitted to Handan Fourth Hospital from October 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The children were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fine homework therapy,while the observation group was trained with binocular vision perception network.The treatment effects of the two groups of children were compared.The results showed that after intervention,the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the eye hand coordination ability and perceptual level of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the negative psychological score of the family members of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);The overall satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the training of binocular vision perception network has a significant effect on the prevention and treatment of amblyopia.It can not only improve the visual condition of children,optimize the treatment effect of children,but also enhance their eye hand coordination,perceptual level and eye position ability,alleviate negative emotions of children’s families,improve the satisfaction of children and their families,and has high promotion and application value.
