服务型领导风格、组织氛围与院前急救护士工作幸福感的关系研究

摘  要:探究服务型领导风格、组织氛围与院前急救护士工作幸福感的关系。于2021年5—6月抽取深圳市宝安区8所公立医院120例院前科护士为研究对象,根据工作幸福感的差异将其分为工作幸福感强组(n=100)和工作幸福感弱组(n=20),分析其一般资料、对工作幸福感的影响因素、服务型领导风格、组织氛围与工作幸福感的关系。结果显示,工作幸福感强组与工作幸福感弱组的一般资料比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);工作幸福感强组护士长服务型领导行为、组织氛围评分高于工作幸福感弱组(P<0.05);工作幸福感强组工作幸福感评分高于工作幸福感弱组(P<0.05)。研究发现,护士长服务型领导行为、组织氛围是工作幸福感的影响因素,且服务型领导行为、组织氛围与工作幸福感呈正相关,故动态监测院前科护士各影响因素的变化可为工作幸福感的强弱提供依据。Explore the relationship between service-oriented leadership style,organizational atmosphere,and job satisfaction of pre hospital emergency nurses.From May to June 2021,120 former nurses from 8 public hospitals in Bao’an District,Shenzhen were selected as the research subjects.Based on the differences in work happiness,they were divided into a strong work happiness group(n=100)and a weak work happiness group(n=20),and their general information,influencing factors on work happiness,service-oriented leadership style,organizational atmosphere,and relationship with work happiness were analyzed.The results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in general data between the group with strong job satisfaction and the group with weak job satisfaction(P>0.05);The service-oriented leadership behavior and organizational atmosphere scores of head nurses in the group with strong job satisfaction were higher than those in the group with weak job satisfaction(P<0.05);The group with strong job satisfaction scored higher than the group with weak job satisfaction(P<0.05).Research has found that the service-oriented leadership behavior and organizational atmosphere of head nurses are influencing factors of job happiness,and service-oriented leadership behavior and organizational atmosphere are positively correlated with job happiness.Therefore,dynamic monitoring of the changes in various influencing factors of ex hospital nurses can provide a basis for the strength of job happiness.
