摘  要:新质生产力是推动产教融合高质量发展的重要着力点和内在行动指引,代表着新型、先进生产力发展水平的跃迁,对形成与之相适应的新型生产关系提出了新要求。基于新质生产力的需求,产教深度融合需要关注高素质技术技能人才的协同培养、实现产业转型升级和职业教育的高质量发展。基于新质生产力的视角,试对产教融合动力生成进行分析,思考如何破除产教融合发展中的困境,探寻对策促进产教深度融合,以期更好适应新质生产力。New productivity is an important focus and intrinsic action guide to promote the high-quality development of the integration of industry and education.It represents a leap in the development level of new and advanced productivity and puts forward new requirements for the formation of new production relations that are compatible with it.Based on the demand for new quality productivity,the deep integration of industry and education needs to focus on the collaborative cultivation of high-quality technical and skilled talents,the realization of industrial transformation and upgrading,and the high-quality development of vocational education.Based on the perspective of new quality productivity,this article tries to analyze the generation of the power of industry-education integration,thinks about how to overcome the dilemmas and problems in the development of industry-education integration,and explores strategies to promote the deep integration of industry and education,in order to better adapt to new quality productivity.
