摘　　要：统一战线工作是党的总路线总政策的重要组成部分,高校统战工作是党的统战工作的重要组成部分,在党的统一战线工作中具有特殊的地位和作用。通过分析新时代背景下高校的统一战线工作所具有的特点,面临的问题,提出解决的措施,旨在促进高校统一战线工作在新的历史关键时期打开新局面,创新工作机制,努力画好最大同心圆,助推国家统一战线工作的总体部署和安排,形成推动教育事业高质量发展及学校改革发展的强大合力,为全面建设小康社会提供人才支持和智力保障。The united front work is an important part of the Party's overall strategy and policy,and the united front work in universities is a vital part of this effort,holding a unique position and role within the Party's united front work.By analyzing the characteristics and challenges faced by university the united front work in the context of the new era,this paper puts forward solutions to these issues.The aim is to promote a new development in united front work in universities during this historical critical period,innovate working mechanisms,strive to create the largest possible common ground,and support the overall deployment and arrangements of the national united front work.This collaborative effort seeks to drive high-quality development in education and facilitate school reforms,ultimately providing talent support and intellectual resources for the comprehensive construction of a moderately prosperous society.
