摘  要:以鸡冠刺桐枝叶为研究材料,通过单因素和正交试验研究了其黄酮类化合物的最佳提取条件。结果表明,最佳提取条件为:以50%的乙醇溶液作为提取剂,按照1∶50(g/mL)的料液比在80℃的水浴温度下恒温提取60 min,随后用超声波处理40 min,总黄酮的提取率为25.4 mg/g。以最优提取工艺提取的溶液为原料,通过纸片扩散法对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌进行了抑菌活性研究,结果显示,优化后的提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌表现出一定的抑菌效果,对大肠杆菌没有明显的抑菌效果。Leaves and branches of Erythrina crista-galli served as the basis for this study.Through single factor and orthogonal testing,we determined the best conditions for extracting flavonoids.The ideal extraction process involved using a 50%ethanol solution as the solvent,with a material-to-solvent ratio of 1:50.Extraction was conducted at a constant temperature of 80℃in a water bath for 60 minutes,followed by an additional 40 minutes of ultrasonic treatment.This yielded a total flavonoid extraction of 25.4 mg/g.Utilizing this optimized extract,we explored its antibacterial properties against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus using the paper diffusion method.The results demonstrated that the extract displayed antibacterial properties against Staphylococcus aureus,while it did not have a considerable effect on Escherichia coli.
