摘  要:生命科学是现代生物医药研究对应的基础研究学科,与医学、药学的众多细分领域的研究和发展息息相关,因而成为现代药学类专业本科教育的必修课程。“生物化学”“分子生物学”和“细胞生物学”是生命科学的三大支柱学科,具有内容庞杂、系统性强、辐射面广、前沿更新速度快等特点,学习难度较大。三门课程内容相关性强,但因分开授课且内容烦琐,通常授课周期长,初学时易顾此失彼,仅通过强记学科知识和概念,无法建立课程之间的联系及实现深层次的融会贯通,难以将课程所学知识用于实际药学研究和实践,是开展教学工作并提高教学质量的巨大挑战。通过对药学类专业生命科学课程教学实践中遇到的问题进行总结,提出以学科知识融合为导向的授课模式,旨在为广大高等教育教学中的生物学学科教育工作者提供参考。As a basic research discipline corresponding to modern biomedical research,Life Science is closely related to the research and development of many subdivided fields of medicine and pharmacy,so it has become a compulsory course for undergraduate education of modern pharmaceutical majors.Biochemistry,Cell Biology and Molecular Biology are the three pillar disciplines of Life Science,which have the characteristics of complicated content,strong systematization,wide radiation,and fast update speed,and so on,and have considerable degree of difficulty in learning.The contents of the three courses are highly related,but are taught separately,and the teaching period is usually long,which can’t achieve satisfying effect.Only memorizing subject knowledge and concepts,students can’t establish links between the courses and deepen the understanding,and it is more difficult to apply the knowledge learned in the courses to actual pharmaceutical research and practice,which is a huge challenge for improving the teaching quality.By summarizing the problems encountered in the teaching practice of life science courses for pharmaceutical majors,the author puts forward the teaching mode guided by the integration of subject knowledge,hoping to provide reference for other educators in this field.
