摘 要:随着国家广播电视总局推行游戏精品化战略,中国游戏行业不但需要数字媒体艺术专业技术人员,还需要懂游戏且热爱游戏的产业管理人员与艺术家,从而共同构建健康、高雅且符合新时代中国需求的游戏产业。从北京化工大学艺术与设计系课程实践出发,借鉴欧美国家、日本、韩国游戏产业与人才培养模式,试图设计出以职业为导向的数字媒体产业课程体系,为中国游戏产业高质量发展提供高素质、适应性强和可持续的人才队伍,为讲好中国故事提供新动力。With the state’s promotion of game refinement,China’s game industry not only requires digital media arts technical professionals but also needs industrial managers and artists who understand games and are passionate about them.Together,these categories of professionals construct a healthy,and refined game industry that meets the needs of contemporary China.This article,starting from course practices Department of the Art and Design at the Beijing University of Chemical Technology,and draws on the game industry and talent cultivation models of America and Europe countries,Japan,and South Korea.It attempts to design a vocational-oriented digital media industry curriculum system to provide China’s game industry with a high-quality,adaptable,and sustainable workforce for its development.This workforce will offer new impetus for telling China’s stories well.
