工匠精神视域下高职信息类课程思政教学研究

摘　　要：各级党委和政府高度重视技能人才工作,大力弘扬劳模精神、劳动精神、工匠精神,激励更多劳动者特别是青年一代走技能成才、技能报国之路,培养更多高技能人才和大国工匠,为全面建设社会主义现代化国家提供有力人才保障。但高职教育中对学生工匠精神的培养还不够系统化,课程思政教学还不够深入。研究工匠精神的内涵,在信息技术类课程中融入工匠精神教育,构建“四匠”课程思政资源包,培养“四感”,并以“Java程序设计”课程为例,模块化重构课程框架、任务化设计教学内容、一体化创新课堂教学流程,使得信息类课程教学和课程思政教育“有效融合”,提高学生综合素养,为党育人、为国育才。Party committees and governments at all levels should attach great importance to the work of skilled talents,vigorously promote the spirit of model workers,labor spirit,and craftsmanship,encourage more workers,especially the younger generation,to pursue the path of skilled talent and serve the country,cultivate more high skilled talents and great country craftsmen,and provide strong talent guarantee for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.However,the cultivation of this spirit among students in higher vocational education remains insufficiently systematic,and the integration of ideological and political education into courses is not deep enough.To address this,it is crucial to delve into the connotation of the craftsmanship spirit and incorporate it into information technology courses by constructing a“Four Craftsmen”curriculum ideology and politics resource package aimed at fostering four key senses.Taking the Java Programming course as an example,it can restructure the course framework modularly,design task-oriented teaching content,and innovate the classroom teaching process holistically.This approach will enable the effective integration of information technology course with ideological and political education,thereby enhancing students’comprehensive qualities and contributing to the mission of nurturing talent for the country and the Party.
