荧光喷墨油墨在证券纸上的颜色再现

摘　　要：针对荧光彩色图像在证券纸上的印刷存在图像颜色灰暗、清晰度不高等缺陷,为了满足证券纸相关应用产品的高防伪需要,改善三色荧光喷墨油墨在证券纸上的彩色图像再现效果,本研究探索了三色荧光喷墨油墨在证券纸上的光物理性能、色域以及叠印色序,利用基于光谱的色光灰平衡曲线建立方法建立了荧光喷墨油墨在证券纸上的色光灰平衡曲线并考察调用精度。研究结果表明:两色油墨叠印时,先印光谱强度高的,再印光谱强度低的;三色油墨叠印时,最优叠印顺序为蓝、红、绿;在证券纸上印刷3次红墨,其色域能够满足色彩管理的要求;荧光彩色图像经过色光灰平衡曲线的校正后,阶调层次更加丰富。本研究提高了荧光喷墨油墨的颜色再现效果,并拓展了其应用领域。There are still some defects in the printing of fluorescent color images on security paper,such as gloomy image and low clarity.In order to meet the high anti-counterfeiting requirements of security paper related applications and improve the color image reproduction effect of three-color fluorescent inkjet ink on security paper,the photophysical properties,color gamut and overprint color sequence of three-color fluorescent inkjet ink on security paper were studied.The color light gray balance curve on security paper was established by using the method of constructing the color light gray balance curve based on spectrum.At the same time,the calling accuracy was investigated.The results showed that when two colors are overprinted,the ones with high spectral intensity are printed first,and then the ones with low spectral intensity are printed.When three-color overprinting,the optimal overprinting sequence is blue,red and green.The color gamut of red ink printed three times on security paper can meet the requirements of color management.After the correction of the color light gray balance curve,the tone level of the image is more abundant.The study improve the color reproduction effect of fluorescent inkjet ink and expand its application field.
