摘 要:软脆性平面基材表面铺贴塑性黏胶带能够起到塑封加固作用,但胶带面柔软质轻不易控制,传统采用手工铺贴,效率很低。本研究以制作大型工艺卡的纸质基材为加固对象,开发一台自动定位铺贴机,实现黏胶带在基材表面的精准定位和连续铺贴;重点设计了铺贴机械手的四个核心执行机构,解决了柔软胶带的头部定位、连续供给、定长裁断等技术难点;同时集成了自动进给、定点打孔、整齐收纳等功能模块,做到了非标工艺卡的一体化流水线定制;制造了工程样机并进行效果验证。实验结果表明:样机在一体化生产过程中工作状态稳定,胶带铺贴速度高达96条/分钟,定位精度达到98.3%,胶带铺贴质量良好。该样机能够显著提高生产效率,满足实际生产需求,节省大量人工成本。To reinforce soft and brittle planar substrates,laying plastic adhesive tape can be served as a means to encapsulate and strengthen the surface.However,due to the tape’s flexible and lightweight characteristics,it is difficult to control,leading to low efficiency with traditionally laying by hand.In this study,focused on the reinforcement of the paper substrate used for producing large craft cards,an automatic positioning and laying machine was developed,which achieves precise positioning and continuous laying of adhesive tape on the substrate surface.Four core executive mechanisms of the laying manipulator were particularly emphasized,the technical challenges was addressed such as initial positioning of the soft tape,continuous feeding,and fixed-length cutting.Additionally,the modules for automatic feeding,fixed point punching,and organized storage were integrated in this system,an integrated production line customization for non-standard process cards was achieved.An engineering prototype was manufactured and tested.The experimental results showed that the prototype operates stably during integrated production processes,achieving a high tape laying speed of 96 strips/min,with a positioning accuracy of 98.3%,and each strip of tape is well laid.This prototype can significantly increase production efficiency,meet actual production needs,and save substantial labor costs.
