摘  要:考查了卡波姆980、汉生胶、HHR、Bentone、BLV这5种增稠剂在单独使用及两两复配使用下的增稠效率,并探究了5种单一增稠剂及两两复配增稠剂溶液在加入NaCl后的耐盐性能。结果表明,无论是单独使用或是复配使用,卡波姆980与BLV的增稠效率都较优,但二者的耐盐性能较差;HHR的增稠效率及耐盐性能适中;相比之下,汉生胶与Bentone的增稠能力较弱,但具有较优的耐盐性能。两两增稠剂复配使用时,以汉生胶和HHR为主的复配增稠体系体现出较强的耐盐性能。The thickening efficiencies of five thickeners,namely Carbomer 980,Xanthan gum,HHR,Bentone and BLV,when used individually or in combination with each other,were investigated in this papaer.It also examined the salt tolerance of these single thickeners and their two-component thickening systems after the addition of NaCl.The findings indicated that both Carbomer 980 and BLV exhibited superior thickening efficiencies when used alone or in combination;however,their salt tolerances were found to be poor.HHR displayed moderate thickening efficiency and salt tolerance.In comparison,Xanthan gum and Bentone showed weaker thickening ability but better salt tolerance.Among the two-component thickening systems tested,the system composed of Xanthan gum and HHR displayed the best salt tolerance.
