摘  要:青海草地早熟禾(Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai)是一种优质的多年生冷季生态草,被广泛应用于生态修复、城市绿化等领域。该研究利用PacBio Iso-Seq测序技术,对青海草地早熟禾进行了全长转录组测序,并对其进行了结构分析和功能注释。研究共获得37613条全长转录本,其中95.24%的转录本在NR、GO、KEGG等数据库中得到了注释。功能注释结果显示,转录本主要与新陈代谢、信号传导等通路相关。此外,研究还预测了8750个转录因子,为进一步解析青海草地早熟禾产量形成机制提供了重要资源。Poa pratensis L.cv.Qinghai is a high-quality perennial cool-season ecological grass that has been widely used in ecological restoration,urban greening and other fields.In this study,the full-length transcriptome sequencing was performed on Poa pratensis and structural analysis and functional annotation was conducted on it by bioinformatics analysis.A total of 37613 full-length transcripts were obtained,of which 95.24%was annotat-ed in databases such as NR,GO,KEGG and so on.The results of functional annotation indicated that that the transcript is mainly related to pathways of metabolism and signal transduction.Additionally,8750 transcription factors were predicted providing important resources for further elucidating the yield formation mechanism of Poa Pratensis L.cv.Qinghai.
