摘  要:本研究的目的在于探索一种可行的方法,即利用水转印技术,在多孔的高分子发泡材料上实现散斑图的转印,以便于在涂装时候能够适用于多种场景。由于在一般的散斑图制备方法中,每一次制斑时所得到的散斑图是不同的,而通过转印相关方法,可以采用打印技术将散斑图稳定地转印在水转印纸上,使得每次得到的散斑图图形完全相同,从而有利于进行后续试验和测试。通过文献分析和试验验证,水转印技术被认为是可行的应用方法。通过拉伸试验验证了经转印的散斑图可以随试件的变形而变形,并且在变形过程中不会发生脱落现象,从而证明了本研究工艺及方法的可行性。The purpose of this study is to explore a feasible method to transfer speckle patterns on porous polymer foams using water transfer technology,so that it can be applied to a variety of scenarios during coating.Because in the general speckle map preparation method,the speckle map obtained each time the speckle is different,and through the transfer related method,the speckle map can be stably transferred on the water transfer paper through the printing technology,so that the speckle map pattern obtained each time is exactly the same,so as to facilitate the follow-up experiments and tests.Through literature analysis and experimental verification,water transfer printing technology is considered to be a feasible application method.The tensile test verifies that the transferred speckle pattern can be deformed with the deformation of the specimen,and will not fall off during the deformation process,which proves the feasibility of the process and method in this study.
